Essential Contracts provides administrative contract support and Ohio Notary Public services, including contract drafting, contract review, document preparation, contract revisions, contract execution support, and notary services.
3. Separate Services
Contract services and notary services are separate offerings. When acting as a commissioned Ohio Notary Public, Essential Contracts serves solely as an impartial witness and performs notarial acts in accordance with Ohio law. The Notary Public does not draft, review, edit, interpret, explain, or provide legal advice regarding documents presented solely for notarization.

Essential Contracts is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. Nothing on this website or provided through our services creates an attorney-client relationship. Consult a licensed attorney if legal advice is needed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, review all documents before signing, obtain legal advice when appropriate, present valid government-issued identification for notarization, and attend scheduled appointments.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees are due as communicated before or at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work may not begin until any required payment or deposit is received. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
7. Appointment Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with reasonable notice. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or mobile travel after departure may be subject to applicable fees.
8. Right to Refuse Service
Essential Contracts reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, abusive conduct, incomplete information, illegal requests, or circumstances where Ohio law prohibits a notarial act.
9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, text, graphics, and original materials are the property of Essential Contracts and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
