Our contract drafting and review services are administrative in nature and are intended to assist clients with document preparation. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or establish an attorney-client relationship. If you require legal advice or have questions regarding your legal rights or obligations, you should consult a licensed attorney.

As a commissioned Notary Public, I serve as an impartial witness to the signing of documents. In my capacity as a notary, I cannot draft, review, interpret, explain, edit, or advise you regarding any contract or legal document presented for notarization. My role is limited to verifying the identity of the signer, confirming the signer's willingness and awareness, and performing the notarial act in accordance with applicable law.

If you need assistance drafting or reviewing a contract, those services must be requested separately before scheduling a notarization. Once a document is presented for notarization, I act solely in my capacity as a Notary Public and remain impartial to all parties involved.
